Thank you for shopping with Kasandra Ivy Jewelry. We carefully package each order to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Times:

Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times:

Most domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days after the item is received at the shipping carrier. Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

At this time we do not ship internationally.

Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Incorrect Addresses:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees before being resent.

If you notice you put in the incorrect address after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can correct it. Once an item has been shipped, we can not change the address. You may be able to intersect the package depending on your carrier. It is the responsibility of the recipient to work with the correct shipping carrier to intersect packages.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Packages:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
