Refund policy
Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unworn and unused
- The item must be sent back in original packaging. If the original packaging has been thrown away or misplaced, please reach out and we can help direct the best way to package with items you may already have (such as newspaper or bubble wrap). It is important that the jewelry is properly packaged as items that arrive damaged may not be eligible for a full refund.
- The item must be free from damage, alterations, or signs of wear.
- Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Clearance Items
- Gift Cards
- Items purchased during Facebook Lives
Return Shipping:
Customers at this time are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defetive, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for packages lost during return transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the claim and provide replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Lost Packages:
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier and file any necessary claims. We recommend adding shipping insurance to any orders $100 and above as these things can happen and many shipping carriers will only cover part of the loss or none at all.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
Order Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
